EPISODE GUIDE
We seem calm but we are shouting it from the rooftops: BE TRUE TO YOURSELF! Authenticity may be a buzzword that has lost a bit of its punch. But being genuine, honest, and loyal isn’t going out of style. Why is honesty so important; especially self-honesty? We’ve got to get real to get happy. Hear Randy diagnose Misty with Monica syndrome and hear a real-life example of denial unfold in the midst of our conversation. We hope this episode helps you get freedom from carrying around some baggage that might not even be true. And that one part? Either it was as funny as we thought it was, or we had the sleepy sillies.
Listen if:
- Be encouraged to live honest to yourself, your loved ones, and your values
- Learn how it takes truth to break out of negativity
- Hear how self-awareness is a practice
- Discover a method for transforming negative or dishonest thought patterns
- Stir up the truth

SELF HONESTY EXERCISE
- Define the thought or belief that is causing negativity.
- Is this true?
- Why do I believe it is or isn’t true?
- Is this unequivocally true or not?
- If not true… How can I reframe this thought to allow the opposite to be true or possible?
- If true… how can I change this from what seems accurate to what I wish to be true?
